Mrs. Luna was born on October 24th, 1941 in Corsicana, Texas to J.D. and Macel (Nokes) Richmond. She was a Beautician after graduating Snyder High School and married Joe Burns in 1960. He passed away in 1995. She later married Frank Luna on December 24, 1996 in Post, Texas.
She is survived by

Son, Jay Burns of Snyder, TX
Granddaughter, Piper Burns of Snyder, TX
Sister, Debra Martinez of Ira, TX
