Walter Clinton Scrivner, age 71, passed away in Colorado City on Tuesday, December 18th, 2018.

Family Visitation is planned for Friday, December 21st, 2018 from 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Miller Family Funeral Home. Funeral services will be on Saturday, December 22nd, 2018 at 1:00 pm at Jesus Name UPC with Rev, Cory Morris officiating. Burial will follow under the direction of Miller Family Funeral Home at Westbrook Cemetery.

Mr. Scrivner was born on November 13th, 1947 in McCamey, TX, to W.C. and Doris (Sellars) Scrivner. He married Sheron (Morris) on March 12, 2003 in Colorado City, TX. He loved woodworking, music and his guitar.

He is survived by

Wife, Sheron Scrivner, Colorado City, TX

3 Sons, Dubby Scrivner and wife Holly, Midland, TX, Jeromy Connell and wife Margo, Colorado City, TX and Thomas Connell and wife Rebecca, Westbrook, TX

3 Daughters, Wendy Palmer, Cleburne, TX, Shanna Wilson, Colorado City, TX and Sandy Demoss, Mesquite, TX

16 Grandchildren and 6 Great-Grandchildren

Brother, Wayne Scrivner and wife Jo, Houston, TX

2 Sisters, Glenda Larsen, Houston, TX and Kathy Poe and husband Ray of Alabama.

He was preceded in death by his parents, W.C. and Doris Scrivner.
